1. Service
TRYMF Ltd agrees to provide Social Media Graphic assets as outlined in the selected pack. Assets will be delivered via Google Drive upon completion of the onboarding process.

2. Payment
Annual subscribers pay a single upfront fee equal to the annual rate of the selected pack (plus any applicable add-ons). Monthly subscribers pay the monthly rate of the selected pack in advance of each month. Failure to make payment results in suspension of the service.

3. Annual Commitment
Annual subscriptions are binding for a 12-month period from the date payment is confirmed. Cancellation requests received within the annual term will not be eligible for a refund unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Monthly Commitment
Monthly subscriptions carry no minimum term. The service will continue month to month until either party gives notice. Access ends at the close of the last paid month.

5. Asset Care
If Asset Care is selected, TRYMF Ltd will carry out light corrections and enhancements to opponent crests, player photography and other supplied graphics that fall below the required standard. Without Asset Care, each asset requiring correction will be charged at £15 per asset. Asset Care does not cover full redesigns or rebranding.

6. Turnaround
TRYMF Ltd will fulfil asset requests in line with the agreed schedule. While every effort is made to meet match-day timelines, TRYMF Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late submission of required information.

7. Intellectual Property
Assets created by TRYMF Ltd remain the property of TRYMF Ltd until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client is granted a licence to use the assets for the duration of the subscription.

8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
